- Honor listed prices, stock availability, and delivery timelines
- Not engage in price manipulation, counterfeit sales, or misleading advertising
- Fulfill orders and handle returns/refunds in accordance with the Platform's policies and the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018
- Pay applicable commissions, fees, and taxes associated with sales made through the Platform
We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend, or terminate Vendor accounts that violate these obligations.
## 6. Buyer Obligations
Buyers agree to:
- Provide accurate shipping, billing, and contact information
- Pay for orders placed through approved payment methods

- Not engage in fraudulent orders, chargebacks without cause, or abuse of return/refund policies
## 7. Orders and Payments

- Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout.
- Payments are processed via approved third-party payment gateways or cash-on-delivery, where available. The Platform does not store full payment card details.
- The Company may act as a limited payment collection agent on behalf of Vendors to facilitate secure transactions, without assuming ownership of the underlying sale.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any Order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
## 8. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates provided by Vendors or logistics partners and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the Buyer upon delivery.

## 9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, at our discretion, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Platform or other users.
